The Adelaide Exchange building it is located between the two main thoroughfares - Adelaide and Alfred Street, close to the main bus station in the city center, Belfast City Hall and Central and Europa bus and rail stations. SURROUNDINGS Traditional City Business Core, in the area of which Adelaide Exchange is located is still being expanded with significant investments and additional service facilities for the benefit of companies and employees. Commercial strength along with quality provided by Adelaide Exchange makes it an attractive offer for the companies looking for the new and modern offices in Belfast. The neighborhood provides wide array of amenities for office tenants such as cafes, restaurants, gyms and hotels. BUILDING Adelaide Exchange is considered to be one of the Belfast’s center most important office buildings. The project was developed by RPP Architects and apart from the construction of the building itself, it also included an two level underground car park. Adelaide Exchange remains one of the most exciting projects built in recent years in Belfast and is a unique landmark in the city's landscape. The complex stretches across the town block with its frontage on Adelaide Street and Alfred Street. Architecturally, the Adelaide Exchange is a striking contrast to its surroundings as a proudly modern structure.
