Blackrock Business Park has the reputation of being one of the Dublin’s suburban prime office locations and is home to many internationally recognized companies. Blackrock town is located aprox. 8 km southeast of the center of Dublin. The town is beautifully situated, famous for its beautiful scenery and park, it also has two shopping centers with cafes, bars, restaurants and shops - Blackrock Shopping Center and Frascati Center. Blackrock has a population of approximately 29,000. The buildings of Blackrock Business Park were built in 2007. Two of them are connected to each other and have a common reception. Block 3 have a total area of approximately 2,129.5 square meters on it’s ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. External façades of the building is a combination of natural stone, aluminum cladding and glazing. The building offers a mix of traditional office spaces and open plan offices.
Block 4 has a total area of approximately 1,575.8 square meters on the ground floor and the two upper floors. The external façades of the building are a combination of natural stone with glazing. In addition to offices, there is a medical facility on the ground floor.
Block 5 is a detached building housing a private medical clinic with a total area of approximately 987.1 square meters. The ground floor consists of a reception desk and offices, while on the upper floors there are treatment rooms, waiting rooms and a gym for employees. The external façades of the building are a combination of natural stone, aluminum cladding and glazing. There is a staff terrace on the second floor, which offers great panoramic views of the nearby coast, the harbor and the skyline of Dublin city center.
