The building housing student accommodation is located in the heart of the historic City of London, where the original Roman settlement was founded on the banks of the River Thames.
The building is situated in close proximity to Tower Bridge and other London landmarks such as St Paul's Cathedral, London Wall, St Katherine's Dock, HMS Belfast, Monument, Gherkin Building and Bank of England.   
Urbanest Tower Bridge by Minories offers a wide range of student housing to suit all tastes and budgets. Accommodation is divided into standard apartments, larger, more spacious studio apartments and group apartments for 2, 5, 6 or even 9 people.   
The rooms are very well equipped, and all of the students have a their disposal a large desk, plenty of space for their clothes, shoes as well as books, and depending on their choice either a private or shared kitchen. Inside of the building there are also shared and private spaces for studying, and all of the residents have access to the modern cinema hall. The building have its own parking and bicycle storage room.   
This high-quality, well integrated into the urban fabric apartment building, with a spacious back garden, was put into use in 2012.
