PROJECT 
This modern building with area of approximately 101,000 square meters offers exclusive office space. The building project maximizes access to natural light thanks to office floors designed around a central, developed courtyard.
Q House is a stunning project, which breathes an element of naturalness into the environment of a typical corporate architecture. The designers of DMOD Architects who were in charge of the Q House project have won numerous industry awards for design and lighting of this building.
The design uses many elements of glazing and natural stone, which combined into a whole create strikingly modern looking building.
Completed in 2008, Q House is situated in an incredibly attractive office environment in the center of the main business area of South Dublin. The area houses plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotels Insomnia, O'Briens, Munchies, Dunnes Stores, The Beacon and Bewleys are also located nearby. The M50 and N11 motorways are directly adjacent to the building, and the Stillorgan LUAS motorway is just a few minutes' drive away.

BUILDING
The building tenants have at their disposal the highest quality office space.
