The elegant office building, combining the tradition of Stratford with modernism, is one of the signs of the revival that this district has been undergoing in recent years.
The building located in the heart of Stratford Town Centre, a short distance from the junction with Broadway. Stratford a district located on the eastern edge of London at the end of the 20th century, underwent a period of serious economic crisis associated with the loss of traditional working class' district identity. The crisis was finally dealt with by a gradual revitalization program integrated into the preparations for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. The Olympic village, Olympic Park and London Stadium were built in Stratford at that time, which today is, among others, the home to the West Ham United FC football club.

Stratford alongside with Ilford and Romford are the main shopping, cultural and leisure centers in East London. Stratford has also become the second largest (after Canary Wharf) business location in the eastern part of the capital. So today, Stratford is an emerging neighborhood that benefits from a major overhaul of its center with the opening of the new Westfield Shopping Center.
The building at 29-35 West Ham Lane is only a short distance from the district center. In the countryside there is Stratford Railway Station and a bus terminus, with excellent transport links to the rest of London.

Six-storey A-class office building was built in 2008. The upper floors of the building are serviced by passenger lifts. The building also has a restaurant on the ground floor with a 24-hour reception desk. The building was designed as a classic office building with lots of full-storey glazing. It was perfectly integrated into the neighboring buildings and enriched with stylized historical elements of buildings in the form of brick bay windows, arches and arcades. One of the investors was the L&Q development group, which located its office in the building.
